For chinese weddings, it is a custom to set a day before the wedding day to deliver the gifts for the bride and her family. This day is called 'guo da li' in chinese. And among these gifts, the groom's family needs to give each family of the bride's relatives a cake. A normal simple 15cm diameter cake with choices of butter, walnut and marble.

So why am i talking about this? Cause today, i had to order the cakes that i need for that day. So we did check and asked a few different cake shops and finally decided on this one cause it has a 10% discount with safra card and i have a free sticker for each box with our names printed on it. So i had to borrow a safra card from my colleague and head down to order my cakes.

This lady in the shop had no idea what she sells in her shop and it got me so fustratred that i nearly wanted to slap her... I said, 'i want to order cakes for guo da li. Wedding cakes.' and she asked me to choose one of her decorated cakes in the catalogue. I firmly said no and she said she does not have the cakes.

I could so slap her in the face! Come on! U are in the service line and you don't even know how to say, 'i'm sorry, i'm not sure about this. Could i do a quick check and get back to you?'. All she said was, 'no, no, no! We don't have. NO!' grrr! Stupid service!

Wow~! Time really flies... The last i updated my blog was like 1 and a half months ago! Hahahaha.... Been quite busy lately... The wedding around the corner and I have so many stress about it! Esp from the future parents-in-law... K gotta keep this post short... I'm reaching my office soon! Btw, this is my 1st post from my nokia E71! Yep i got a new phone again! Hahaha! Got a data plan for me to have internet access on the go... So i must make myself update more! K have to stop now...
