Its considered as a hectic morning today.... early in the morning when i left the house i saw 2 red letters... electric bills and town council bills... i open up the letter n read, "Notice on Disconnection of Supply" and, "Last Warning" and i was like OMG!!!!! why am i doing these shit work again?!?!?! why my sister didn't pay??? then i looked clearly at the letters, today they will cut my electric supply!!!! and monday was the last day for the warning letter! so i quickly called SP Services and this woman listen. i was sure she is a malay due to her accent. then i was politely talking to her, "I would like to check is my electric supply to be disrupted today?"

her, "This account is under Mr Kwek Yong Khoon correct?"

Me, "Yes it is."

"could you please provide me his IC number?"

"I'm sorry I don't have his IC number. he is deceased."

"then could you call him and get his IC number and call back?"

"I can't get his IC number as he is already DECEASED."

sound irritated aready, "could you look thru the documents and call back later?"

"I'm already out of my house and i won't be back until at night."

"then you will have to try to get his IC number."

"But i already said i'm out of my house i cant get his IC number. I'm going to make the payment today and i have to make sure that my electric supply is not disrupted."

"Then i adcive you to make full payment and call back with his IC number and reciept number."

im getting fustrated by here with her terrible tone of voice, "but i already said that i cant get his IC number how can i give you his IC number later??"

she kept giving me rude replies and i couldn't stand her and i said, "thank you very much! bye bye!" i sounded a little scarcastic though...

well im not racist but this malay woman was real rude! she had no patience talking to customer on the phone and she start to sound irritated even b4 10s in the call! she is worst than Singtel's customer services! damn... at least in Singtel i only get communication break down only.... what the heck...

I believe everyone is the same... of every skin colour and in every part of the world, everyone is the same. the only diff is they way you are taught and brought up on upon... then you will have differences... another part of you is different where its your character. then people start to look at ppl's charater through your skin colour and make judgements... thats very unfair! get to know a person b4 u judge him/her! a white person can be as evil as a black person. a chinese can be as rude as the malay i juz spoke to. that's why there's this saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover." i positively agree with it! get to know the person well b4 u learn to hate him/her. maybe you will like that person instead.
