I have fallen into it again

It's nearly 7 years since I put behind what had happened to me. I learnt to climb the hard way back into this world and love the life I have... But yesterday I had a news that made me crumbling back into dispair and made me thought a lot.

If there is such thing as god in this world, I would really want to kneel down and pray and ask why is he so unfair? I have lost so many and yet he wants me to lose more... If there is really a god in this world, I will say I have lost faith in him.

Learning to grow up fast at the age of 17. My friends are enjoying their time and playing around, but me? I had many things to care for and learn to think like an adult. I cannot live the carefree life of a 17 year old. I had something that was worst then any other 17 year olds that could think of. It was the lowest point of my life.

Now, I'm back to the same point and I feel worst then ever. I hate the wait. I want to know it fast and to put my mind at ease. I don't want to think of the worst. I want to have a future.

1 and a half hours before midnight and away from the new year, I slipped and fell from the stairs at downtown east... I fell 2 "cracks" like knuckles being over pressed on my right ankle... something like that... and i sat on the same spot for like 5 mins unable to move... then I walked with a limp to end the year 2009....

the first morning of 2010, I woke up with excruciating pain on my right ankle and can barely walk at all... went to the chinese doctor and she told me I dislocated 2 bones on my ankle... and since that day till now, I have a bandage on my leg... but since last night, I had a guard on it like my doctor said and I can forget about wearing heels and boots for the time being =(

Work sucks recently... With the never ending workload and stress to clear as many as possible.. Plus added stress from my professional course exams... Ah... this reminds me.. I should be studying and not surfing internet and blogging... I've been slacking for the past hour and a half... Opps!

Well not much has changed since married life... the only thing that changed is my status... From single to married... That is only when I fill in forms! Well there are a lot more to plan and I got a lot more goals to reach...

Now I don't want to think too much and just look forward to these few events:

- trip in February 2010 to China for a winter experience and a visit to Jie's family
- trip in March 2010 to Italy, France and Paris! My honeymoon~! Hope the trip can be confirmed!
- getting my flat in 2011 ( hopefully by 3rd quarter!)

But for now, I need to endure through my exam on 23 Dec... Yes! A day before Christmas eve! It sucks! And a retake of another exam in January 2010 before I can start to relax and have fun...

So... Back to studying... But I need my dinner first! Damn that Mr Tan... Happily playing game in a LAN shop and forgetting his poor sick and hungry wife here.... Later...

My Nails...

I'm so pissed off... Just yesterday, i went to remove my acrylic nails done for my wedding... This manicurist at far east plaza, said that after removing it my nails will be very dry. She recommended me to do treatment after removing. I said i was in a rush as its late and my friends and i have not eaten dinner yet... So she said after removing, we''ll see how it looks and decide if i do it or not. Then after removing it, she started to file the thickness of my nails and my finger started to hurt. She said my nails are thin and she needs to file the nails as the acrylic are still on top of it and to remove bumps. But the way she file, she was using all her force and my nail bed couls feel the heat from the filing. I was very upset and i told her not to do it and it hurts! Then she told me, my nails are thin and after treatment, it would be better... Damn right! After treatment my nails will miraculously grow back its thickness! She is ridiculous! And she was telling me 2 stories: doing treatment will reduce the dryness and then telling me doing treatment will strenghten weak and thin nails. I was so furious! Now i have sore fingers since yesterday... Bloody idiot!

Damn! This guy is good!

Cakes for 'guo da li'

For chinese weddings, it is a custom to set a day before the wedding day to deliver the gifts for the bride and her family. This day is called 'guo da li' in chinese. And among these gifts, the groom's family needs to give each family of the bride's relatives a cake. A normal simple 15cm diameter cake with choices of butter, walnut and marble.

So why am i talking about this? Cause today, i had to order the cakes that i need for that day. So we did check and asked a few different cake shops and finally decided on this one cause it has a 10% discount with safra card and i have a free sticker for each box with our names printed on it. So i had to borrow a safra card from my colleague and head down to order my cakes.

This lady in the shop had no idea what she sells in her shop and it got me so fustratred that i nearly wanted to slap her... I said, 'i want to order cakes for guo da li. Wedding cakes.' and she asked me to choose one of her decorated cakes in the catalogue. I firmly said no and she said she does not have the cakes.

I could so slap her in the face! Come on! U are in the service line and you don't even know how to say, 'i'm sorry, i'm not sure about this. Could i do a quick check and get back to you?'. All she said was, 'no, no, no! We don't have. NO!' grrr! Stupid service!

Wow~! Time really flies... The last i updated my blog was like 1 and a half months ago! Hahahaha.... Been quite busy lately... The wedding around the corner and I have so many stress about it! Esp from the future parents-in-law... K gotta keep this post short... I'm reaching my office soon! Btw, this is my 1st post from my nokia E71! Yep i got a new phone again! Hahaha! The Ugly Singaporeans

I just witness an incident today. After lesson today, a handicap bus arrive at the bus stop and a man with his wife, I believe, wanted to alight the bus. At first, I didn't know what was going on as I had the mp3 plugged into my ears. I saw a woman alight the bus and waited at the exit looking like she will board the bus again. Then everyone else in the bus was squeezing here and there. This particular lady, that looks like she weight at least 120kg refuse to move out of the way to let someone move. After about 10 seconds, the bus driver went to the exit of the bus and ask some of the passengers to move away. Then he did something which I saw for the first time! He lifted a handle on the floor board of the bus and Tadah! The floor extended and rested nicely on the pavement! The handicap man was then easily wheeled out of the bus!

Through this incident, I saw 2 things. 1st was the clever invention of the handicap bus. I finally knew how the handicap friendly bus works!

As for the 2nd, I saw the ugly side of Singaporeans. This is the one side of what I commonly see and encounter in Singaporeans. They always think bout themselves and not others. Out of every 10 of them, I only see 2 of them alighting public transport to allow other passengers to alight. There was once I couldn't tolerate them that I loudly announce, "These people are damn selfish! They don't even know how to alight and let other people to alight." I said this because, I wad squeezed between alighting passengers and those who refuse to let them out. I was painfully squeezed to the corner and my arm was pressing onto handrails. Aren't they inconsiderate?

This also reminds me of another incident when I was MRT. I wanted to alight and this stupid, act highclass, english speaking and think she is of a higher class compared to me, walked into the train without letting me alight! The train was so empty and there were around 2 colleagues alighting with me at that door. I refuse to move out of the way to let her board the train as I had the right to alight first. I hit her real hard on her shoulders and she stood at the door and had the cheeks to scold me, "Idiot!". And I just stared at her while she frowned and stared me back. I felt real good though cause I hit her real hard and I had no worng. I should have said, "Don't you have the courtesy to let me alight you moroon." and let her be embarassed for the rest of her train ride.

had my photoshoot 2 weeks ago.... wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. i was drop dead tired and dehydrated! i had no access to water, which wasn't their fault. it's just that we left it in the car boot and it was pointless to carry my handbag running around. btw i saw all my photos already.

1st location Goodwood Park Hotel. 1st thought, 'hot!'. 2nd thought, 'when will this end?' 3rd thought, ' omg! i dread the next 2 places.'

2nd location Botanical Gardens. I'm sweating profusely and i'm so tired of running already! and i got bitten by ants....

3 location Punggol Beach. I'm hoping to end this in 5 mins or don't even do the shoot at all...

well... end up, the photos turn out nice =) the hard work was worth it.

Mocking bird

Yesterday morning, I got out of my house to go to work and i saw this picture in front of me:

my neighbors have 2 birds in a cage hanging outside their door. then this bird from the wild flew into the corridor and stopped beneath them. It was looking up at the 2 birds in the cage and the 2 birds in the cage were looking at it. Then they were chirping.

this scenario somehow makes me feel like the birds in the cage were being mocked by the one outside for their lack of freedom. Maybe I'm thinking too much. I want a new pair of Birkenstock!

The wrong step

Taking to the wrong step in life sucks... Esp to my this part of life... Sometimes I look back and wonder why did I even choose this step... Maybe everything seems easy and nice. But since that day happened, arguments, sadness and horrible acts had been displayed rather than happy memories... Well... I can shout out loud to the world that I'm homeless... Really and I'm not lying...

Though they had not said anything to me but their acts shows that I'm not more than welcome. Maybe every small little thing I do can cause their whole world to explode. Nothing I did was ever right. They can say whatever they want and still point the blame and push it away. I have no idea they want me back or not... Even when I'm at the so called "home" I never felt that it is a home to me...

I've always kept this to myself and only some people knows about it... Maybe I was subconsciously thinking, "Maybe I'm thinking too much...". But too much has happened and proved otherwise. So now I can announce that I don't live there anymore...

I'm lucky to have someone who loves me enough to keep me under his roof and sharing the rest of his life with me. And his parents have shown their kindness and concern to accept me under their roof. I do go back at least once a week to do laundry and so on... But I always try not to go back when they are at home.

On a happier side, I'm like 30% prepared for my wedding. I've already signed my made to measure package and when for the sketching/trying of gowns visit. Next up I'm waiting for my dress to be done to the skeleton(got no idea what is that, but I think I know), to choose Fabian's pants and blazer's colour(2 colour in fact and we have some ideas), choices for the photo shoot clothes and outdoor locations. These are like last minute and in a rush cause we are like very last minute. All due to my dear Fabian saying its too early and so on... End up we need to rush to take photos in april in order for our album to be done in august and ready for our wedding in september.

I'm glad that I pulled Fabian out to look at shoes and made him do some ring shopping... Cause we just found out today IT TAKES 12 FREAKING WEEKS TO MAKE A PAIR OF WEDDING RINGS! We had to rush the jewellrey shop to make it in 8 and a half weeks as we need it by april for our photo shoot. I should trust my instincts in future and not let everything get delayed.

This entry is supposed to be about my wedding and yet I started about some sad story... Bleah... I should write about my Bothell experience next time... My first end of atumn experience! My next post then...

I can't believe my luck!

I'm only working in Panasonic Avionics Corp for 1 years and 3 months, and I'm like being converted to perm staff for about 7 months...

I'm going to USA to work for about 11days at Bothell!!!! I'm so excited!!!!

I'm flying off on 21 Oct at 7am and hopefully be back by 1st Nov. Why did I say hopefully? Cause there is no news on what is happening at Bothell repair shop, so we will only know what we are going to do there and when our stuff would end. And my boss is hoping that we can be back by 1st Nov if not, I don't know i have to stay there how much longer....

I heard before my colleagues staying at London for 3 months.. But I don't think i will stay that long...

I'm excited about going to US, but one thing I'm afraid of... It's winter there now.... and the highest temperature is 13 degrees and lowest is 4 degrees... I hope I can withstand the cold and last for 11 days...

Lonely soul...

Sigh.... yet another month has passed before i knew it... and i neglected my poor old blog for yet another month....

work has been hectic.... im like working for 12hrs for the pass 2 weeks.... yet my boss is still not happy and im like being sucked dry..... 1 year in this company and this is the first time im this stressed at work.... well... i just pray that this time will pass fast and i can manage through it...

this post i named it lonely cause my baby is away from me~~~~!!! for 7 weeks, 47 days to be exact! but counting down.... today is the forth day so 43 more days to go....

although my baby is away, i got the privilege of using his car! i can wake up everyday at 7.15am and not 6.30am! but its still lonely without him.... he is always with me everyday, everynight and almost everywhere!

he is currently at thailand, korat, and will be staying there for about 5 weeks. then he will head to udon thani for another 2 weeks before coming back to sg....

well we do talk on the phone every night.... but the distance is so far... he keeps telling me time will pass in a flash n 7 weeks compared to our 7 years is nothing... we are celebrating our 7th year this year and he is away this time.... this is one of the sad things too....

sigh enough of this.... i just only need to spend 6 lonely weekends and i'll see him again....

anyway.... I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL I'VE BEEN BUSY WITH!!!! it seems like i never have time for anything..... and i spend a lot of money and i don't save any and i don't sleep early and i always wake up being late for work....

oh and btw im ready to announce something! i havent been ready to announce it out loud cause:
- i'm afraid that people will say that im still too young and i still have youth
- i'm not really settled into it yet....
- i'm only half mentally prepare
- no real plans are out yet

so now im ready as hell.... my close friends have already known this like ages ago.... so do some of my colleagues....

I'm getting married!!!

=) next year in sept, i will be holding my chinese wedding ceremony and ROM buffet dinner... the buffet dinner will be held at Good Wood Park Hotel which is located beside Fareast Shopping Centre. this will be held for close friends n relatives.... so it a very small event... so next year i will be officially Mrs. Tan!

More than a month since i last blogged.... wow... time do pass fast..... i still haven't describe how i got the "pimple" removed from my eye.... maybe i'll do that tomorrow....

i've been busy for the past few weeks... especially the fews weeks after i passed my license... i was getting ready for my cosfest costume.... i was cosplaying as xiao qiao from dynasty warriors 6. Had quite a fun day for my 1st cosplay tryout =) Will post pics soon... maybe i'll use my company internet access to upload pics =P its faster there!

i'm going to watch my last 2 episode of zettai kareshi! do watch it! its a nice show! and the actor is handsome!!!!!

I passed my driving test!!!! I can drive a car now!!!!!

i don't know why but i feel like, "why a person like me can pass???"

i mean.... i don't think i can drive very well... and its like im still in dreamland that i passed my driving test... hahahaha... i still think im far from reality =/

anyway... apart from my driving test, on tuesday i went for a hospital appointment for my eye, cause there is a lump there.... well it was supposed to be a check up and see how to remove.... and then.... the doctor said she will do it on that day -.-" so i had the thing removed....

i'll be back again with this post... sorry got to stop here....

We are going to cosplay dynasty warriors 6 chars! I'm going to take the role of xiao qiao!!! =D

cant wait to go buy the materials... hahahaha.... i feel so excited!

anyway... with this cosplay, im going to be more than the usual busy.... recently im so busy already and now with this cosplay im going to be busy + more busy....
got 1 whole set of dvd to watch and im now watching the last few episode of 恶作剧之吻(it started with a kiss).... not just this... i wanted to finish reading the harry potter books.... so im going to borrow the last 2 books from my friend.... and i never read before the 1st book of harry potter, so i borrowed the 1st book.... sooo..... i only read like 15mins and i stopped for 1 week... cause i got no time to read....=/

anyway... last night, sheylara, her significant other and another guy were at my house. Why? cause they are my sis's friends =)

we were playing rock band and i had so much fun until i have both of my legs aching today.... why??? i had an hour of car lesson in the circuit with half clutch for at least 45 mins.... well that explains my left leg... but why my right leg is aching??? cause of rock band.... i was playing the drumset with quite a few songs that has the peddle pumping almost every beat so thats why i got 2 aching legs....

but anyway rock band is fun and addictive!!!! im going to play it now!!!! \o/ laters!!!

Argh.... SUPER SUPER SUPER busy at work!!!!
OT for 3 striaght days!!!!
So damn tired....

I'm jetting off on Sunday =/ going to Taiwan, Taipei. I've not even pack nor bought the stuff i need. And the worst thing is I got no time!!!!!

I have a karaoke session with Chaven later tonite after work, tomorrow i have to work till 4.30pm(I hope i can change to half day =/), I need to head to orchard tomorrow to change the dress of wrong size and its the last day which i can change, i have yet to change money and i got lots of injuries....

sigh.... this week is a bad week. A piece of plastic i was cutting at work hit my left eye, although i placed the panel facing the right side. i was doing pretest and i need to insert the connector and the side of the connector poked into the flesh beneath my finger nial on my right thumb. yesterday i was doing the laundry and the luandry basket hit the same place on my thumb. OUCH!!!!

grrr.... i'll continue my post tonight... im at work btw... although it lunch time... but it weird when everyone that walk past can see what im typing =/ brb soon~~~!!!

Underwater Moon

K, this is just the beginning of the new skin.... Need to do more touch up...
Actually I wanted to put a flower and a bee theme.... But it ended up too white so i ditch it and settled for a black background and the pretty picture on top and called Underwater Moon.

I'm still sick. My flu has been on going for like almost a week and my cough has gotten worst... Oh! And there is something i can't wait for this week! Or more like next week. Its already a Sunday and end of the week.

I'm going for rebonding!!!! Yes! After like bearing with my hair for 3 months, I've settled with an appointment on 6th of March with Serene, yes myself so 2 of myself are going for the rebonding session, with a 1 for 1 voucher. Which means we get to do our rebonding for half the price! Cheap! By then you might see more of my pictures if I think i look more pretty and younger =P

Why look younger? My colleague keeps saying I don't look like my age and I look the same age as him.... Which is my age + 2 years -.-" Kind of a demoralize comment for me...

I was saying in one of the previous post, I bought those cute lunch boxes from Daiso. Well I wanted to take photos of it but... I lent my cousin my camera before i could take pictures of it... So hopefully by end of next week I can take the pictures and post it up!

when we reached NYP, i didn't expect such a crowd... but to me it was like a lot of people.... anyway, my family weren't there. i told them not to come... =P

K. thats all for Grad 2007, next up, my sister's wedding ceremony. But i only managed to get the day photos. i couldn't get hold of the dinner photos. i hope i can get it soon.... and post it up... i didn't get a lot of time to take photos, so I think it looks a bit of rubbish, and i only managed to get those in the morning when my brother-in-law came to fetch my sister. after that i got no more photos....

I knew what i wanted to blog.... but now i forgot....

i'm too tired >.<

for 2 days in a row i woke up at 5am to cook my lunch.....
i feel like i'm moving into a more japanese lifestyle....

had a shopping spree at Daiso... bought a few cute lunch boxes, with bags, chopsticks, food and many other things!!!!

damn i must snap pictures of them to show you guys!

Oh! i've decided! After my taiwan trip next month, i'll be saving up to start japanese language course!!!! im very determine to learn this language. i've been thinking about it for years.... didn't have the chance to learn in the past due to money constrains.... but now i'm earning my own i can really start to learn!!!!

I recently just got the mp3 from Linkin Park live in sg last yr november.... it makes me wanna go back to the concert again!!!! >.< it was so fun.... except for the part i have to quarrel with a stupid guy..... the story goes like this....

everyone was very energetic at the concert but this girl standing beside me was jumping like me.... but she had her boyfriend with her and he had his arm on the side of her shoulders... so they jumped closer n closer to me and tadah~~~! his horrible arm was brushing against the side of my boobs!

i was like damn this idiot. so i elbowed him. and guess what? he showed me his goldfish eye and like saying what the heck u elbowed me for?

i was like do u need to fucking touch my breast?

he was showing me this face as if he is going to beat the life out of me(but i was not afraid. cause damn hell i'm a girl! for gods sake a girl and how can he brush boobs and goldfish eye me and beat me?!?!?! i could very well charge him for molest!)

anyway i saw his gal was like pulling him and trying to stop him from fighting with a girl and a girl like almost 10 years his junior. but he was still goldfish eyeing me.

after about 30s of shouting here n there, my colleague whom i went to the concert with, he stood up and asked what happened. and apparently my colleague looks fierce and was like way taller than him, but that guy is fat.... he reluctantly continued to stand beside me and after like 10s, my colleague said to me, "如果他再动你跟我讲。"(which means, if he touch u again tell me.)

so like after 5 mins, they wern't standing beside me anymore and i didn't see them anymore.....

ok... i forgot wat to write but i ended up blabbering... so end of it for today.... its 12.11am now >.<

grab a quick read and poof to bed snuggle into my blanket and hugging my bolster to slp!!! nite!

Now the craze at my work place is playing facebook.... most of my close colleagues are playing it... so i joined in for some fun.... actually i was interested in the text twirl.... Damn! i was at the high score 26K and my colleague beat me to 33k!!!! grrrr.... i want to be back as the 1st again!!!!!

anyway... back to the main topic....

i added this application called Zoosk and it let girls flirt with guys and vice versa... and so some days ago on the 26 Jan 2008:

This is the 1st time in my life i feel so bored during my holidays... i cant wait to get a job and have a steady income... how i wish someone would just throw a job in front of me and let me go work... provided it is something i want...

what kind of job i want?

i want a customer service related job that sells beauty products/cosmetics, that is branded and somewhere in town area or east side. why branded company?

1. they provide more perks like OT and offs.
2. the working hours is in shifts and not full day.
3. you have chance to get promotion and pay increase.
4. lots more incentives from the company.
5. higher pay.

if you compare a normal shop with no brand, they are definitely better.

sigh... GIVE ME A JOB SOON!!!!!!

Ooooo…. Lazy to blog syndrome is out again!!!!! Hahaha!!!!! Well been real busy recently…. Doing what? Triple dating with Felicia, Jimmy and Han Xi! Hahaha… nah… its projects and we tapped the source of Jimmy!!!!

I think we really owe jimmy a lot in this project especially in the circuit part… the amount of brain cells he gave out compared to us and I actually fell aslp…. I’ll update these when I have more time to blog… My Last paper will be on friday and CNY is around the corner >.< paper ="">

Speaking about syndrome… There is this one syndrome I want to talk about… the Selective English Syndrome… Regarding it… It goes like this…

This aunt of mine… I said about her in my recent post too… she is my mum’s eldest bro wife and she is the mother of my closest cousin… Ever since I entered secondary school… she would ask me now and then to teach her English. As in how to speak, read and write. Cause she never had much English education and had very little knowledge of English… I remember her husband calls the ceiling fan, “helicopter”, cause it has 3 blades and it turns like those on the helicopter. You older people don’t have much education… So every time she ask me and I would give her the same reason I dun knw how to teach…. Well it’s the truth! I don’t know how to teach English and some more she is my elder it’s very hard to teach her…

Motion Sickness

I'm weak... I knw... I cant travel in a moving transport for more than 1 hr... If the transport is too "bouncy" or "shaky", I'll get motion sickness....

What is the cause of motion sickness?

It is when you feel that you are not moving but your ear hears that you are moving. This causes you to have motion sickness.

Looking outside of the window was the key to curing motion sickness but it doesn't work for me =/

No matter how much I try to look outside and tell myself im moving, it doesn't solves my problem... Sigh... I'm so hard to travel with... But the only transport I don't get motion sickness is the MRTs in Singpaore. I got no idea why but somehow this is the only time i dont get motion sickness and if im sitting in an expirence driver's car or a "well driven" car doesn't give me motion sickness....

So how I try to get rid of motion sickness?

Well most of the time when i get motion sickness... I got 2 symtoms...

1 : Yawning
I always yawn in light cases of motion sickness
2 : Burping
I always burp in a higher case of motion sickness, like car to bumpy or shakey...

And when motion sickness really hits me hard?

I vomit!

I was weaker when i was younger... I remember my 1st time taking sch bus to sch... And when i reached sch, my 1st reaction of alighting the sch bus is vomit! that was how weak I am... But now i guess I am better... I didn't vomit for quite a few years already.... Maybe because I always try to sleep during long journeys when I tend to get motion sickness...

Maybe you are asking why not take motion sickness pills?

Well... I hate taking medicine... All kinds of medicine... Pills, liquid and those chinese medicine! They are all the same... So whenever I can skip medicine, I will always skip it... I especially hate chinese medicine... They are gross...

Why am I talking about motion sickness? Cuz I almost have it everyday -_-"

Recently i kept thinking of something... Something which is quite interesting and yet has no logic to it... Well... it started like this :

Fabian told me his younger and something with a girl from China in his class ( i think she is in his class). Then i asked if she is his gf? Then Fabian said something about his parent dun like his brother to have a girl from China to be his gf.... Why? Just because she is from China.

Never mind... Maybe this is just one of very few people who think this way.... But then again.... Something happened... And :

My cousin got to know a girl through our online game. And this girl from China and she is in China. I know her and we are online friends too...

So on my birthday party, my cousin's mum asked me if the day b4 during the bbq, the girl with my cousin was his gf? I told them she was not. and then they started to probe me more about the girl he likes. I was not sure did he tell them about the girl, so i kept quiet.

Then later they asked, "Is it the girl from China he talked about?" then I confirmed that he did told them so i just told them it was true...

So after that, they started to tell me, advise him not to go out with the girl, he wont listen to us, ask him to choose someone else... So on and i just nodded my head and smile at them but everything was going in one ear and out the other....

So, the question is:

Why are Chinese in Singapore against people from China? I do believe by saying this I am correct. Cause many Chinese people in Singapore dun like guys getting a wife from China...

But let me state 1 simple thing that can make your mind turning and twisting none stop.

All Chinese are from China and have ancestors from China! Am I right? If our ancestors didn't come to Singapore, do you think we exist here? Or we will be in China being hated by every other Chinese out here. I'm proud to say my maternal grandfather is from China. He worked hard and manage to own a semi-d in Singapore.

My aunts are all against the idea of my cousin having a gf from China... But ain't their father from China? and they are Chinese too... So... Why are Chinese against Chinese? Inter-racial conflict?

I wonder why......

2 days.... it rained... not stopping for more than 30mins.... until this morning around 6 am then it stopped =/

sigh... i hope this Saturday will be a good day for shopping.... i really looked forward to this Saturday's shopping spree >.<

Christmas is approaching and I'm so into Christmas mood ^^ hearing all the Christmas carols.... esp those that i sing when i was in primary school... but nowadays most Christmas carols sound more erm... pop? do u call it pop? those i sing when i was in primary school was very different from now... and every year end we would watch the same stage play of Jesus born and the 3 wise kings visiting mother Mary....

but i don't miss those days... it was a torture to go to church oso... i was in a catholic sch and we had to go to church every month on a Friday.... and i was not a catholic so i didn't like church and so on... and every month we would go there and i would think, " We are going to stand, kneel, sit and stand, kneel, sit...." yeah this was my impression of churches... and i nv liked church since primary sch...

the scariest church i've been to was city harvest church... it was scary... only scary can describe how i felt....

i will upload photos of this coming weekend as soon as i take them ^^ i'll will be a fun and interesting christmas this year i hope =D

Had 2 common test papers today.... i dunno its my luck or what.... i felt real lucky for my afternoon paper, EG3232 FPGA and Applications... i had a feeling that a qns will come out in common test in the text book so i told myself study it!

and u knw what? it really did come out! i was so damn happy! dang! 25 marks i juz got it so easily! but too bad Feli made some mistakes.... i really hope that she could get some marks.... she knew how to do it but.... sigh juz some careless mistakes >.<

as for the morning paper, EG3161 Embedded System design... i think i can pass only... didn't really do that good... damn i must work hard next term and get good marks for semestral! hahahahaha k back to studying.... laters!

how disorganise am i.... anyway this is my last semester =P

thinking about last semester.... im going to be unemployed soon!!!! omg~! how??? i dunno what to do after i graduated... >.< sigh.... someone pls.... tell me the best job i can do~~~!

my dream job is....
-no sales to do
-not always stuck in 1 place eg. the cabin in the office
-starting pay at least $1500 and i can get $2000 by at least 2 years after working for the company
-no need to work in public holiday and weekends

It's been a hectic weekend =/

busy about my birthday celebration! \o/

hehehe got presents!!!! and lots of ang baos(red packets)!

im going to use it to buy a Nintendo DS Lite and it will be a PINK one! yeah!!!!

we... i juz went to the toilet preparing to go to bed.... i heard my bro go, "bish, kish, whooo, khoish...." you knw? it sounds like a 7 year old kid playing.... but my bro is 2 times of that age....

I never understood why my bro can still play his toys like this? any of u guys out there can ans my qns?

speaking about common test... im getting panic over common test already! im having like short of breaths for no reason.... which they term it panic attacks.... i often get it when i get over stressed....

why i get it? cuz of my great o' buddy Hanxi.... last week i noticed his "depressing aura" and i told feli about it.... and she agreed.... well this week it got worst as common test is next week... imagine not only in class but also in our self revision.... the depressing aura.... maybe i shld draw for u guys to see....

As of yesterday morning 9am i finished all episodes of Princess Hours.... well after i watch part 1 of Princess Hours that Serene lent to me, i liked the show so muched that i wanted to keep 1 set of the video.... so i went to buy the VCDs for Princess Hours.... actually i wanted to buy DVDs but Han Xi and Felicia keep tell me buy VCD better.... cuz cheaper and i still can set the language like DVD.... but i regreted a bit.... cuz DVD is of better quality video and the language choice is easier!!!! >.<

Last sunday i went out with the wolfhound and 2 of them wear the same t-shirt =/

hrm... Orchard has put up lights already.... last sat i went to orchard at around 10pm cuz i wanted to eat ice cream... so Fabian and i went to Swensen at Crown Prince Hotel.... but there was too many ppl.... so we went to NYDC to eat sandwich and cake =/ while at orchard i took some pictures of the lights....

we walked past this and took a pic of it.... and Fabian said it looked to chinese new yr look cuz its red and gold.... i agreed too... so i took another picture....

Kill the roaches!!!!!

The other day i was taking a shower when a roach was found wondering in the bathroom. it was not a full grown one but a nymph. u knw? not so big and it can fly so naturally im not afraid of it. but when it comes close i'll get gross out by it. but i had 2 problems!

1st - im naked in the bathroom cuz i wanted to shower!
2nd - i got no baygon at home! ( i bought one b4 but it disappeared =/)

so my solution no. 1 was:
spray water on the freaking roach!!!!!

result:
no use! it is still moving!

solution no. 2:
i took a dog/cat shampoo(not being used as when my pets use it, they stink) and i kept pouring it on top of the roach.

result:
it worked! the roach stopped moving and i confirm it was dead but i carry on with my shower.

conclusion:
so in case of not baygon at home? use the pet shampoo. it works on killing roaches. Plus! its CFC free. its environment friendly and good to our ozone layer.

So we went over to Citigems and this certain ring caught my eye. it was pretty. then i saw the price tag, $768. "Omg" that was what i was thinking. why this ring have to be so expensive??? then the salesperson told me to try it. then he told me it was Cats eye cutting tat is very special. well i got no idea and i was clueless about what he said and juz nodded my head. then i shortlisted 2 and told him i will think about it and decide.

next we went to SooKee and the girl, i felt more comfortable with her maybe beacuse she is a girl serving me and its the 3rd shop im in. she couldn't get the idea of what i wanted =/ i wanted something not too big as my fingers are slim and i wanted something simple and "flowy" then i was shown this ring ad i felt it was ok... but it came to a point where she started to put pressure on me to tell me buy the ring.... and i was told the sale ends tml. so i said i'd think about it and left. she left a name card and the model no. in case if i wanted i can ask for it.

we went out for a drink, slowly walked and in the end i felt that the last one put too much pressure on me that i felt it was to plain and it started to feel boring... and then i decide on the Cats eye diamond at Citigems. It really caught my attention and made me want it. this is wat i want when i buy stuffs, so i wont regret when i buy it. it means i really like it. so we didnt want to pay more when sales is over. so we decide to buy it today and we are able to buy a more expensive one at a cheaper price.

well about the 18 x 2 = 36, fabian paid for the ring, with 20% discount + 10% for using UOB card a total of $552.00 we could redeem lucky draw coupon. at $30 per coupon. so 552/30=18, 18 pieces of weekly draw + 18 pieces of grand draw.... and thus i got 36!!!! 36 freaking coupons to fill in!!!!! >.<

why im buying new quilt now? k i didn't intend to buy so early..... but all because of Fabian.... he made me so darn angry that i nearly tore my computer table apart (ok its not tat serious i only got the keyboard drawer stuck and i had to unscrew it out =/) and i want him to amend me....

So i told him, "To make me happy, tonite we go PS and everything i want u pay!" Thus i knew i needed new quilt and new pillows to replace my old yellow and worn out pillows (k they are not that worn out but they are flat and not good for the neck).... making use of this opportunity, i made him bought those....

at 1st we decided to look at my b'day presents and not to buy it so early.... well its my 21st b'day and he promised me a diamond ring! so i told him we go take a look and slowly decide. then when we walk around those jewerly shops i noticed they had 20% discounts, 30%, 40% discounts.... I mean all jewerly shops!

so we walked past SK and i was to afraid to ask more and so we juz walked away... its my 1st time shopping for expensive jewerly!!!!! >.< Next we went to Lee Hwa and saw a wide range of rings.... i was told its to celebrate diamond festival so that y there are so many discounts. i was to shown lots of jewerly and i was uncomfortable =/ so i told the salesperson i would think about it and he said to visit Lee Hwa's sister brand, Citigems.

Speaking of spelling.... this is like my 1st time in my life someone had tat terrible spelling.... its true...

One day Han Xi turn to me and asked me how to spell simple words.... stupified by his question i stared at him blanky and wrote out the word for him.... for me i cant spell out loud i can only write it down... especially when i noticed he didn't knw how to spell "believe" i wondered which dream land he is in.... i mean "believe" is such a simple word!!!!!

K im feeling discomfort now as im squatting and typing infront of the computer with the aircon blowing at me :/

back to the spelling issue....

one day at lunch, Hanxi spoke to me softly in front of Serene, Felicia, Victor, Jimmy and Ding Yong, "How to spell 'double' ?", and he passed me his hp.... i was giggling and pressing the word out and i finally couldn't contain my laughter anymore and i burst out loud... Hanxi got more embrassed and tat was even funnier for me and he started saying he knew how to spell but juz couldn't remember the spelling.... but the funny part was, why did he have to ask so softly? if it was me i'd juz ask out loud....

i juz added this morning into my blog trmplate tat i wanted a pink Sony DSC-T10 and i got it today!!!!!! :D cause Fabian didn't want the graphic card so my part time money, $200, will go to the cam and the rest he pay!!!!! \o/ yeah!!!!!! hehehehe

i downloaded this anime ages ago... forgotten when i finshed downloading it.... but i was quite a few months.... sigh.... i finished this anime within a few days.... it has such a great story line.... to me i think... its as great as Last Exile... it has a sad yet happy ending to it... makes me feel like crying but i didn't cry cause its not so touching...

its touching enough to make me feel sad.... the only anime i did cry while watching was Air... It had such a sad story and yet a bit complicated though.... looking at how the chararters in Air try in vain to save the girl and watching the girl try so hard.... sigh... it took me days or at least 2 weeks to get over the saddness... i wonder how long will D.N.Angel last?

Update on my wisdom tooth extraction! yes! i got it remove on 18 July 2006 instead of the day before.... why?

well this dentist Dr. Tan (female dentist) saw my mouth and said:" thats not the wisdom tooth!"

"huh??? its growing out n giving me pain!" i said, and then she was touching my wrong tooth -_-"...

Me: "thats not the one... the last one... still under the gum...."

Dr. Tan: "oh that one... lets go take an xray then..."

went to take xray, came back and she looked at the film... "oh... its so deep.... can you come back tomorrow and find Dr. Khor?"

Me: "huh?!?! cant do it today?"

Dr. Tan: "its too deep... have to get Dr. Khor to do it..."

Me: "ok then i set an appointment tomorrow..."

so thats why i didn't extract it on monday....

i did take photos when i extract my tooth.... but my face was too ugly.... so i refuse to post it!!!! i shall let u all see my blood!!! muwahahahahas!!!!!

and my supervisor saved me!!!!! he helped me explained!!!! gosh!!!! it was a dreadful moment for me.... really i was so thankful!!!!

i was walking down the stairs and my heel caught onto something, i think its the groove on the stairs and i lost my balance and fell... i landed on the bone below my knee and slide down 2-3 steps.... its the most painful part to fall on.... ;_; now i got big bruises on my legs... both legs.... sigh..... will take a photo n upload...

i wanted to brush my teeth after i bathed for the day and prepare to go play game and then to bed.... i took the tooth brush, put on tooth paste and tried to brush and found out i did not wet my tooth brush....

i prepared my contact lens casing, filled it up with solution and then close it, off the light and i stood there wondering for 3 secs.... did i take off mmy contact lenses? the ans is NO!

that is how horrible my 1st of aug is.... sigh....

Attacking someone 1st puts him in the wrong. Why are they trying to put the blame on Materazzi? Zidane has history of violence in the football field. everyone plays rough in the field. no one attacks other players in the football field.

I strongly agree that they should give Zidane a red card cause he got agressive in the field and attacked someone. Its not like when they are tackling the ball and got agressive. Its obviously Zidane could not control his temper and attacked someone.

Italy deserves to win!!!!! Yep again this morning i woke up at 2am to watch the finals and it was quite exciting... i missed the 1st 8 mins of the match and didn't see why france was awarded a penalty kick... i was quite sad tat time and i thought of going back to slp... but i saw Italy kept fighting back and finally shot a gaol through corner kick! i got more awake when Italy scored a goal... at one point of the 1st half, Italy's possesion of the ball was 63%!

until the second half the score was still 1-1 and then there was 1 free kick and Italy shot a goal!!!! but it was off-side!!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!!!!

but by looking at the game Italy was the stronger team. It was obvious they deserve to win cuz france dun have the power Italy has and they play very rough!!!! u know through out the game they always elbo Italy players, push them to the ground, tackle them on the legs and step on their feet?!?!?!

Until extra time the score was still 1-1.... then at the 2nd half of extra time around the 18min into extra time Marco Materazzi was on the floor of the field and the ball didn't hit him! everyone was dumb founded then Gianluigi Buffon pointed out to the refree that Zidane, from FRANCE, headed Materazzi on his chest. BUT!!!! no one except Materazzi got injured and Buffon saw saw it. not even the assistant refree saw it.

Then there was a replay, it shows Materazzi and Zidane was waiting for the ball to fall near them then Materazzi hold on to him. then they did not recieve the ball so they juz walk forward the suddenly Zidane turn around n gave Materazzi a header on his chest! say do you think france is smelly??? after about 2 mins of debate and asking the assistant refree, they decided to give Zidane a red card! YES!!!! HE DESERVES IT!!!!! and thus he was send out of the game!!!! wahahahahahaha!!!!

So the match went into penalty shoot out and france miss a shot on the 2nd penalty shoot and thus Italy won the world cup with a score of 5-3 on penalty shoot out!!! yes Italy did deserve to win... for france i have 2 words for them... They Sucked!

drowziness kicked in Zzzzzzzz..... a meaningless week pass by now.... i had done a tiny little research and spen the last 4 days in office watch animation on youtube.... yes im that bored... but yesterday i get to leave early =D i went to funan to check prices for one of my colleagues but i didn't buy anything... anyway with a chance to go home early is good =D

these few days i have been searching for some website to download anime OST and i finally found it!!! wahahahaha i finally can get OST from Black Cat, Air and xxxholic!!!! i love their OST!!!!!!

im really going to fall aslp now.... duh... should not eat so full for breakfast....

Early this morning was Germany vs Italy at 3am zzzzzzz.....

So last nite i slept at 10pm and i set the alarm at 2.50am.... i woke up at 3.03am and managed to catch the the 1st half of the game... by the 2nd half i was still in drowziness and i gave up 10mins into the 2nd half... i went back to bed... damn i regret!!!! i was told extra time was very exciting!!!! grrrr.....

You guys shld haven seen the coach's face for both teams! they are like the exact opposite!

I'm in my office now... blogging... discretely :P and that is bad of me... a bit scared though.... hahahahas....

too lazy to blog lately..... well with my new workplace.... i loveeeeeee this place!!!! yes! its the truth! the pl here are nice and they are very friendly! i do feel at home with them... maybe next time i shld take some pics n show u all....

oh!!! and the view is great out of my office!!!! yes!!!! i love the view... i shld go use my hp n take one pic now hehehe :P

in the office is kind of both slack n busy... when there is stuff to do, u are always filled with stuff... when u r bored, u r really bored...

i was told it was even busier before... with a project on going.... now they have finished and waiting for instructions from US...

btw... my company is a small company in singapore but its quite big in US... they do medical electron stuff.... like those electronic stuff u see in the hospital... and im working in the R&D department....

i believe i will have a big chance of learning lots of stuff... and this is great! i like that going out for attachment and be able to learn tons of stuff... hahahaha...

well i'll end for now... im a bit stress blogging like this >.<

Yeah! believe me... i took almost 1 hour to get home from geylang!

NOPE! not by bus... its by CAR!!!!

yes... last night the grp of us, Serene, Felicia, Victor and Kian Lee aka Boss, went out for a drink at coffee bean at wheelock... and then we were deciding to go watch movie or not... so we ended up not watching cuz victor n boss had to work today....

then we decided to go geylang to eat "tian ji zhou"(claypot frog + porridge) and after sitting there eat n talk we all decided to go home.... that is about 12am....

so boss ask, go whoes home 1st? victor said, go serene's home 1st nearer.... so we went up the expressway and all the way to toa payoh....

then i ask... where u going? then he said, "oh over shot!" then i ask... whose home u going? and he said me. and victor said suppose to be going to serene HOR's place 1st cuz her place nearer... then we said, "U nv specify which serene's house!!!!"

k then we go to my home and when turn out of the express way boss say turn right correct? i said yeah... and when i knw its supposed to be left, its too late to go left.... thus.... we went to potong pasir.... then he said, send feli home 1st then serene's home and then victor at hougang and back to my home.... so this is my 1hr journey to get home...

sigh... im a road idoit!
